• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field; 3 years customer service with admin experience
• High school diploma with 7 years customer service with admin experience
• Strong interpersonal, communication, planning and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Provide information to the Client Success and Engagement team to support engagement strategies
• Execute daily activities and provide insight on department workflow
• Collaborate with management to ensure accurate pipeline and reporting
• Serve as a support specialist on processes related to student tracking, data entry and reporting
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation and reporting in the CRM
