Alegria Travel Services is seeking a friendly Client Success Specialist to help create positive experiences for clients from first contact through ongoing relationship development. This remote, flexible role welcomes strong communicators who enjoy helping people and solving problems.

Training will be provided; you will respond to inquiries, coordinate consultations, and maintain accurate client records while working remotely from the USA or LATAM.

About the Role

We are seeking a professional and people-focused Client Success Specialist to help create positive experiences for clients from their initial interaction through ongoing relationship development.

The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who enjoys helping people, answering questions, following up, and making sure clients receive timely and professional support.

Training and guidance will be provided.
