Broadridge is seeking an experienced Client Success Representative to join our Onboarding Team in Minnesota. You will build strong relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction with our platform, managing the onboarding process from start to finish and providing training as needed.

You will collaborate with the Client Success team to reduce churn, identify engagement metrics, and gather feedback to drive product improvements while delivering a high level of service and achieving

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2-3 years of Customer Service experience in a SaaS environment preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality of work.
• Multi-tasking skills, ability to prioritize work and respond to clients within reasonable time frames.
• Able to adapt and embrace change and learn continuously.
• Create positive and professional business relationships with clients.
• Ability to learn software solutions quickly.
• Work cooperatively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and provide prompt and efficient resolution to inquiries and concerns by phone, email, and video calls.
• Manage the onboarding process for new clients from start to finish and provide additional training as needed.
• Work collaboratively with the Client Success team to keep churn rate down.
• Find opportunities to demonstrate value, identify engagement metrics, and provide recommendations.
• Maintain a high customer satisfaction rating by delivering a quality onboarding and training experience.
• Collaborate with customers to implement strategies to achieve their goals and maximize value.
• Gather and communicate customer feedback to internal teams to drive product improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure continued satisfaction.
• Establish expertise with a deep understanding of our platform and products.
• Deliver a superior client experience with high-level service throughout onboarding.
• Achieve and exceed performance targets including retention and upsell.
