Job summary

CFRA Research seeks a Client Success Manager, Partnerships to support its network of distribution partners in the financial services space. You will manage several partner relationships, learn each partner’s setup, and drive content distribution, compliance, and growth on a proactive, detail-oriented team.

Responsibilities include partner communication, understanding goals and pricing, and acting as the product expert to drive adoption while maintaining accurate account records and renewal data.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a partner-facing role.
• Experience in financial services, data, or research is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
• Proficiency in Excel with pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and handling large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage a handful of smaller partner relationships with end-to-end communication.
• Understand each partner's goals, packages and pricing, and how they use our services.
• Drive adoption of products/services in collaboration with partners.
• Maintain centralized views of account information, renewal dates, and current spend.
• Monitor usage data to align with contracted terms and drive adoption.
• Keep accurate records of partner accounts, contacts, and interactions.
• Assist with inbound product-, research-, and issue-related questions from partners.
