Job summary

Cotiviti is seeking a Client Services Manager to act as the main client contact, focused on achieving client plans, retention, satisfaction, and growth across the Clinical Chart Validation line of business.

The role involves managing auditing programs, leading cross-functional projects, and presenting operational results to clients and Cotiviti leadership. Travel up to 10% may be required, with remote work options available in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health information management, nursing, or management.
• Minimum four years of related healthcare operations/consulting experience.
• Minimum one year of project management experience.
• Excellent presentation skills for interacting with C-level executives and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operational execution of the auditing program with client stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary account manager for large or multiple accounts and identify trends.
• Lead projects and strategic initiatives across cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate client reporting, invoicing and production metrics improvements.
• Support sales during contract term negotiations to ensure client success.
