Job summary

Cotiviti is seeking a Client Services Manager for its Clinical Chart Validation line in Idaho. You will manage client relationships, drive revenue retention and growth, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

This role requires strong project management, excellent communication, and the ability to interact with executive-level stakeholders. Travel up to 10% and a comprehensive benefits package are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health informatics, nursing, management or related field.
• Four+ years in healthcare operations, consulting, provider relations, or claims.
• At least one year managing client deliverables.
• Excellent presentation skills for C-level interactions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the auditing program's operational execution with client teams.
• Serve as primary account manager for large/multiple client accounts.
• Lead projects and cross-functional initiatives with internal and client teams.
• Act as client SME for Cotiviti-related activities.
• Present operational results in client and internal meetings.
• Coordinate weekly action items with client and Cotiviti teams.
• Assist with client-facing reporting design and production metrics.
• Identify solutions for invoicing challenges; ensure metrics are met.
• Contribute to strategic business initiatives and onsite client visits.
