Pharmaceutical Strategies Group (PSG), an EPIC owned company, is seeking a Client Success Manager to coordinate client relationships, align priorities with PSG resources, and ensure commitments are completed.

This 100% remote role is open to candidates across the United States. The candidate will work with cross-functional teams and maintain Salesforce and Harvest records, with a baseline salary of 100,000 to 140,000 USD per year plus potential bonuses.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, healthcare, analytics, or related field.
• 3+ years in PBM, health plan, healthcare consulting, or client management.
• Ability to manage client relationships and deliverables with strong follow-through.
• Proficient with Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint; experience with Salesforce or Harvest preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and communicate material recommendations with the lead consultant.
• Establish client communication cadence, agendas, notes, and action items.
• Provide timely status updates on deliverables, risks, and deadlines.
• Coordinate needs across PSG teams and confirm ownership and due dates.
• Maintain Salesforce accounts, milestones, and renewal status.
• Support renewal planning, contractual milestones, and post-execution updates.
• Travel to client sites as needed.
