Qualifications

• Experience in Client Success or Account Management roles preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% to engage with clients.
• Ability to work remotely and manage multiple accounts.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate robust relationships with clients and drive business growth.
• Promote product adoption by explaining compliance requirements.
• Lead onboarding meetings and conduct account audits with clients.
• Maintain high client satisfaction and retention rates.
• Aim for 85% average compliance score across managed accounts.
• Provide in-person training sessions as needed and travel to client sites.
