Job summary

BlackCloak, Inc. is seeking a Client Success Manager to directly engage executive-level clients, ensuring a flawless adoption of our platform. You will collaborate with internal teams and run onboarding sessions, provide guidance, and help clients realize ongoing value.

This remote role requires 2–3+ years in CS or IT help desk, comfort with live virtual sessions, and a cybersecurity or privacy interest. Some travel may be needed, and the compensation ranges from $55,000 to $70,000 per year.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years in a Customer Success or IT help desk role
• Experience with executive-level clients is a plus
• Background in cybersecurity/privacy is a plus
• Comfortable leading live virtual sessions and walking clients through a product or process clearly and confidently
• Willingness to travel in limited circumstances

Responsibilities

• Lead client onboarding sessions.
• Provide guidance in creating onboarding and follow-up materials.
• Conduct periodic outreach to existing clients to maximize platform use.
• Collaborate with Technical Success to respond to inquiries and coordinate resources.
• Run client enablement and support sessions.
• Notify clients of new cyber/privacy threats and help remediate risks.
