Harris & Harris, a premier revenue recovery firm, seeks a Client Relations Coordinator to support our Client Success team. The role focuses on building professional client relationships, ensuring contractual compliance, and driving high-quality service.

Salary ranges from $60,000 to $75,000 annually, with a Monday–Friday schedule and remote-work option within the United States. The position emphasizes communication, problem solving, and collaboration with internal teams to exceed client

Competenze

• 2-3 years collaborating with external clients.
• 2-3 years meeting face to face with external clients.
• Excellent communications skills (written and verbal).
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
• Experience in financial services or collections preferred.
• Ability to travel 10% of the year.

• Manages assigned clients of the organization to ensure contractual compliance and overall satisfaction.
• Customizes the conversation by articulating clear thoughts to clients and internal team members to ensure understanding.
• Demonstrates the ability to listen to clients to ensure that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
• Demonstrates professionalism with clients to ensure that Harris & Harris's reputation for high level client service is upheld.
• Trouble shoot issues and research problems as they arise and work closely with the CRMs to resolve issues.
• Ensure high priority work is completed within the assigned time frames.
• Increases communication and visibility with current clients in organization.
• Join forces with others in the organization to build effective internal working relationships to service the clients at a higher level.
• Create a solid and consistent stream of communication between the CRM and current clients in the organization.
• Handle the day to day operations for clients and any other projects assigned.
• Make recommendations to implement improved processes.
