FMG is a leading all-in-one digital marketing platform for financial professionals. We seek a people-first leader to guide our Client Success at Scale team and own the client experience for FMG and Agency Revolution customers.

You’ll coach a team of Client Success Managers delivering proactive, consultative engagement at scale and partner with Product, Sales, and Support to turn feedback into improvements. You’ll drive post-launch communications, monitor health and retention, and introduce

Qualifications

Proven experience leading a client success, account management, or support team.
Track record of retaining and satisfying a large, high-volume client base.
Strong coaching, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Client Success Managers and drive client satisfaction, retention, and engagement targets.
Hire, onboard, and train new team members to foster ownership and client advocacy.
Own multi-touch outreach program with monthly client touchpoints via calls, training, and email.
Monitor client health and retention, identify at-risk accounts early, and escalate complex issues.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Support to communicate updates and inform product improvements.
Improve team processes and tooling (AI/automation) and report outcomes to leadership.
Provide a secure, distraction-free workspace and reliable internet access.
