You will act as the liaison between clients and internal teams, stay current with market trends, and leverage feedback to identify growth opportunities and drive product innovation. Strong communication and a solutions-minded mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a client success or support role, preferably within the insurance or technology industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to juggle multiple priorities with grace.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
• A proactive and results-driven approach to client success and engagement.
• Self-motivated and able to function both independently and within a team structure.
• Comfortable brainstorming and offering creative solutions to challenges big and small.
• Quick on your feet and able to field questions and challenges as they happen.
• Excellent follow-up and follow-through skills.
• Ability to learn our process and systems with an open mind.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a multi-touch outreach program to engage clients monthly.
• Lead post-launch client communications on platform features.
• Act as liaison between clients and internal teams to deliver proactive support.
• Stay up-to-date on market demands and translate feedback into improvements.
• Coordinate and manage continuous process and workflow improvements.
• Leverage client feedback to assist in developing new product ideas.
• Exceed client expectations with personalized support and resources.
• Serve as product expert by answering questions and sharing best practices.
• Participate in ongoing team meetings to review ideas and feedback.
• Use Google G Suite, Slack, and other tools to support clients.
