FMG Suite in Utah is seeking a people-first leader to guide our Client Success at Scale team and own the client experience for FMG and Agency Revolution customers. You will coach a team of Client Success Managers delivering proactive, consultative engagement to a large and growing client base.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a client success, account management, or support team.
• Experience in insurance, financial services, or technology.
• Track record of maintaining high retention and satisfaction.
• Strong coaching and talent development abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with clients and executives.
• Data-driven with retention metrics.
• Organized, proactive problem solver.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Client Success Managers; set goals and accountability.
• Hire, onboard, and train new team members to build ownership and advocacy.
• Own multi-touch outreach program with monthly touchpoints via calls, trainings, and email.
• Monitor client health, identify at-risk accounts, and handle escalations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, Support to drive feature adoption.
• Improve processes and tooling, including AI/automation; report results.
• Ensure accessible workspace and reliable internet for duties.
