Job summary

Flow Candy LLC is seeking an experienced Success Manager to join our remote team, available 9am-5pm EST. You will lead our squads, set client goals, and ensure retention marketing success across multiple ecommerce accounts.

The role emphasizes data-driven strategy, proactive communication with clients, and ownership of outcomes. You’ll coach your squad, address obstacles, and create unforgettable experiences that foster growth for our clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in strategic planning, email + SMS marketing, client services, and full cycle campaign management.
• Proven experience in customer lifecycle management, email/SMS automation, or a related field.
• Ecommerce/retail lifecycle experience across channels & verticals.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Experience with developing email marketing strategies and optimizing flow automations.
• Attention to detail and copywriting/quality control.
• Experience with various CRMs like Omnisend, MailChimp, Active Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot Marketing Hub and Attentive is a plus.
• Familiarity with Google Apps, Slack, and ClickUp.

Responsibilities

• Set and manage client goals with retention marketing focus.
• Communicate with clients, lead weekly or bi-weekly meetings, address concerns.
• Develop and fulfill data-driven retention marketing strategies (email/SMS, flows).
• Lead squads, coach team members, and monitor performance with scorecards.
• Identify obstacles to client retention and implement effective solutions.
• Create unforgettable client experiences to drive growth and reduce churn.
