Job summary

Wescom Resources Group in California seeks a Client Services Coordinator I to provide exceptional data processing and core system support for our hosted client base. You will manage client projects, coordinate releases, and act as the primary contact for multiple teams across WRG and client credit unions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 3–5 years of related experience preferred.
• In depth knowledge of credit union operations and core systems software.
• Understanding of networking terminology and connections.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Manage support needs and coordinate meetings with clients, vendors and internal teams to meet project deadlines.
• Serve as single point of contact for the client and coordinating multiple teams.
• Lead troubleshooting and urgent production issue resolution.
• Oversee release management for core systems software and communicate patches to test and production platforms.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure service level agreements are met or exceeded.
