Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in a client service or support role.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous learning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with empathy and clarity.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to balance detail with speed.
• Experience with Salesforce, Smartsheet, PowerBI, and Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency with Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support Client Executives with daily client requests and escalations to resolution.
• Serve as the client point of contact for questions, issues, or escalations.
• Manage Salesforce tasks: tickets, enrollment planning, contacts, rate and plan details.
• Assist with data analysis, reporting, and presentation preparation for meetings.
• Coordinate with internal teams and carrier partners to address client needs.
• Prepare agendas, take notes, and document action items for client calls.
