Job summary

Nelnet Business Services (NBS), a division of Nelnet, Inc., is a remote, full-time onboarding and client success lead role focused on end-to-end implementation and ongoing client success for the assigned platform.

You will conduct demos, training, and workflow configuration; mentor teammates; monitor usage; and drive adoption while coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Education, Technology, Communications, or related field.
• Experience configuring systems and delivering training.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding from kickoff through go-live with workflow configuration and deliverable management.
• Conduct product demos, discovery sessions, and client education to support adoption.
• Deliver administrator and end-user training and maintain training resources.
• Document onboarding workflows, guides, and internal procedures.
• Mentor team members on processes, navigation, and engagement best practices.
• Monitor usage and re-engage low-usage customers to promote adoption.
• Serve as primary contact for client questions and relationship management.
• Coordinate technical issue resolution and translate needs across teams.
• Support incident response and stabilize client experience.
• Contribute QA testing findings to product improvements and roadmap.
