Job summary

Nelnet Business Services (NBS) leads client onboarding, implementation, and ongoing success for its platforms, acting as a primary strategic and technical resource for clients and internal teams. The role drives product adoption, coordinates training, and collaborates across teams to deliver consistent experiences.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 2+ years in client success or related roles, and experience configuring systems and developing workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Technology, Communications, or related field; or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding from kickoff through go-live with workflow configuration and deliverable management.
• Conduct product demos, discovery sessions, and client education to support adoption.
• Deliver customized administrator and end-user training and maintain training resources.
• Develop and refine onboarding workflows, process guides, and internal procedures.
• Mentor and support team members on processes, navigation, and client engagement best practices.
• Monitor client usage and re-engage low usage customers to promote adoption.
• Serve as primary contact for client questions, troubleshooting, and relationship management.
• Conduct industry research and provide insights into client trends and needs.
• Coordinate technical issue resolution and translate requirements across internal stakeholders.
• Support incident response by coordinating communications and stabilizing client experience.
• Conduct QA testing for product releases and provide insights for improvements.
