Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with clients via Zoom and phone.
• Strong customer-service orientation and dependable work habits.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective and existing clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments.
• Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options; educate clients on benefits.
• Guide eligible clients through applications and enrollment; complete documentation accurately.
• Perform ongoing client follow-up; maintain digital client records and schedule management.
