Job summary

Globe Life AO is seeking an entry-level Remote Client Success Coordinator to support families with information about benefits, enrollment, and ongoing service. This is a 100% remote position with flexible scheduling and mentorship through licensing guidance.

You'll join a virtual team, conduct Zoom and phone appointments, educate clients on life, accident and supplemental health options, process enrollments, and maintain accurate digital records while building client relationships and trust.

Qualifications

• Be friendly and comfortable communicating with people.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Able to manage time and stay organized to serve clients.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients via Zoom or phone to understand needs and provide information about benefits.
• Explain life, accident, and health options and guide enrollment.
• Perform ongoing client follow-up and maintain digital records.
• Follow licensing, training, and insurance requirements while delivering service.
