In this independent contractor role, you’ll handle inbound client interests, conduct virtual consultations, and guide enrollment with licensing support and comprehensive training. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven.

Formación

• Customer service background helpful but not required.
• Strong communicators with solid interpersonal skills.
• Reliable internet connection and Windows-based laptop or PC with webcam.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
• A service-minded, mission-driven attitude.
• Capable of obtaining required licensing, if applicable to the position.
• Confident in virtual meetings and familiar with digital tools.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality, client-focused service.
• Build lasting client relationships.
• Lead virtual Zoom consultations with clients.
• Handle documentation accurately and stay on top of follow-ups.
• Participate in ongoing mentorship, professional development, and team training.
