AO Globe Life, a remote-first company, is hiring for a role suited to recent graduates in business, marketing, or communications. You'll provide client-first service, build relationships, and guide clients through enrollment from anywhere in the U.S.

You will receive structured training, ongoing mentorship, and a growth path into leadership. This is a fully remote, independent contractor opportunity with flexible scheduling and performance-based compensation.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Provide own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable internet, and quiet remote workspace.
• Obtain the appropriate Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed activities.
• Training and mentorship are provided for professional development.

Responsabilités

• Provide attentive, client-first service.
• Cultivate long-term client relationships.
• Walk clients through enrollment clearly and professionally.
• Lead virtual Zoom consultations with clients.
• Present supplemental benefit options tailored to each client/family.
• Keep digital records accurate and manage timely follow-up.
