Job summary

Pearl Companies is hiring a Client Success Leader to own and scale our post-sale motion. You’ll supervise the entire CS team, protect renewals, expand footprints, and turn happy clients into a steady referral engine that fuels our BD efforts.

You’ll work remotely across the USA, managing a portfolio of enterprise clients, establishing strong relationships, and driving retention to support Pearl’s growth toward $100M ARR and beyond.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading client success or partnerships at scale, managing complex B2B relationships.
• Proven ability to retain accounts, expand within existing portfolios, and generate referrals.
• Strong strategic thinking, ownership mindset, and ability to align cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Pearl CS team to maximize client portfolio health, renewals, and escalations.
• Drive expansion by identifying headroom and closing new roles for Pearl across accounts.
• Own the referral engine by nurturing relationships and feeding qualified referrals to BD.
