AO (American Income Division) is seeking motivated professionals for remote roles as Remote Client Success Representatives in a fully virtual environment. This 100% remote position is open to U.S. residents and focuses on client education, enrollment support, and ongoing relationship building.

You’ll interact with clients, help them understand available benefits, and guide them through applications and renewals, all while receiving structured onboarding, training, and mentorship.

Qualifications

• No prior insurance experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted resource for clients while developing communication, customer service, and leadership skills.
• Meet with clients virtually via Zoom and scheduled phone appointments; explain products and services clearly.
• Assist with applications, enrollment, and benefit updates; provide ongoing client support.
