Job summary

Examity is seeking a customer support specialist to manage incoming calls, tickets, emails and chats to the support queue, assisting with eligibility review, registration, and account support for candidates and clients.

This remote India opportunity involves rotating core hours, strong English communication, proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based tools, and teamwork to deliver prompt, accurate service. Candidates should have 1–3 years of blended process experience with email and chat.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of blended process experience with email and chat
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming Calls, Tickets, Emails and Chats to the Support queue
• Assist with eligibility review, registration, application processing, and account support for candidates and clients
• Cross-train on other accounts to support team members
• Provide technical and administration support to clients, proctors, and candidates
• Correspond with clients and candidates by phone, tickets, and email promptly and accurately
• Process scheduling and registration forms and eligibility reviews as needed
• Coordinate and manage CS projects within deadlines
• Respond to service requests
