The ideal candidate must have excellent customer service experience, strong problem-solving skills, and be comfortable navigating complex scenarios. Salary is $21/hr with performance-based bonuses and various benefits including medical and parental leave.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in a customer service or relationship-based support role.
