Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years in a customer service or relationship-based support role required.
• Financial services or banking organization experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize CRM software (Salesforce) to respond to customer calls.
• Resolve client inquiries and complex scenarios with empathy.
• Handle legal, pre-legal, lawsuit, and creditor escalation calls.
• Document client discussions clearly and concisely.
• Present settlement proposals to clients.
