Job summary

InMarket is hiring a Client Strategy Manager for its Measurement team. You will partner with Account Managers, Sales Directors, Ad Operations, and Data Analysts to craft compelling stories that win new business and guide clients to optimize media strategies.

You’ll contribute to both pre-sales bids and post-campaign insights, delivering robust, client-ready analyses on time. You will lead the creation of client-facing collateral, conduct market research, and leverage data to drive strategies.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Measurement, Insights, Media/Sales Planning, Client Success or Account Management.
• Experience with digital media and sales/foot traffic measurement vendors.
• Data-driven; able to translate data into clear client narratives.
• Familiar with AI tools for research and insights development.
• Excellent teamwork and ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Strong MS Office and data visualization familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver insightful, elegant data and actionable guidance for pre-sales and post-campaign work.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, and Data Analysts to craft client insights and proposals.
• Support RFP responses and strategic proposals with market insights and tactics.
• Present campaign insights and measurement results to internal and client teams.
• Develop quarterly insights reports to identify macro trends and opportunities.
• Recommend deployable InMarket tactics to create client value and ROI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to position InMarket's capabilities.
