Favorite Healthcare Staffing is seeking to expand relationships with clients and drive growth across our portfolio of healthcare staffing services. The role emphasizes strategic account development, data-driven planning, and expanding service lines within existing customers.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs, apply product and service knowledge, and deliver value through expanded partnerships with current clients and new worksites.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with C-suite and supply chain/procurement.
• Uses reports to analyze current and potential client base. Identify client trends and develop plans with Account Management, Recruitment, Sales or other teams to maximize opportunity to produce gross margin.
• Diversifies business by selling additional lines of services to all accounts.
• Responsible for identifying and strategically selling within clients who we have placed staff in the previous 12 months.
• Grow business by expanding into new worksites or departments of current clients.
