Job summary

Factglobal is seeking a Manager, Consulting Services (REMOTE) to lead consulting engagements and manage client relationships across the cellular therapy practice. The role oversees projects from proposal to delivery and guides a network of expert consultants while reporting to the COO.

You will own client engagements, oversee scope and timelines, identify new business opportunities, and recruit and mentor consultants to ensure top-notch service and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the medical and/or technical aspects of cellular therapy.
• Strong project management, client relationship, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead client consulting engagements and serve as the primary client contact.
• Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, and consultant assignments.
• Identify new business opportunities and support consulting practice growth.
• Recruit, onboard, mentor, and develop consulting professionals.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Represent the organization at industry conferences and events as needed.
