Job summary

Acumen LLC is seeking a Client Services Agent in California. The role involves enrolling and supporting clients via calls and emails, processing paperwork, and accurate data entry into multiple databases.

You will build strong relationships with clients, families, and program contacts while explaining program rules and staying compliant with state and federal guidelines. The position requires the ability to handle fluctuating call volumes in a fast-paced environment, with a flexible schedule

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience with data entry and accuracy in databases.
• Works independently with limited supervision and communicates effectively.
• Fast-paced environment experience and ability to handle fluctuating call volume.
• Experience in customer service and/or client relations.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines across multiple applications.
• Proficient use of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, Email and PDFs.

Responsibilities

• Enroll, educate and support Acumen clients throughout their lifecycle via inbound/outbound calls and emails.
• Process paperwork and perform data entry across multiple databases with high accuracy.
• Maintain relationships with clients, families, and program contacts.
• Explain program rules to stakeholders and communicate opportunities or issues.
• Handle client inquiries within contractual timeframes and ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues and support program growth.
• Work flexible hours including weekends or weeknights when needed.
