Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking a detail‑oriented Client Services Support I to assist with mortgage collateral reporting and trade management across multiple client projects. You will deliver accurate reports on schedule, handle ad hoc requests, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years' mortgage document experience, and strong Excel skills. The role supports remote work and includes comprehensive benefits and potential bonus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years’ experience in reviewing mortgage collateral documents.
• Experience in Specialist I, Client Services Support I preferred.
• Some mortgage-related document knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Creation and timely delivery of accurate trade reporting to clients per the client schedule/calendar.
• Complete ad hoc reporting as requested by Client and Trade/Portfolio Manager.
• Ensure client reports are ready at least 24 hours prior to scheduled calls.
• Review trade level reports to ensure projects progress timely and tasks are updated.
• Communicate with Functional/Reconciliation/Chain teams on high priority deals/tasks.
• Identify and resolve loan level issues as assigned by other areas.
• Validate chain of assignments for completeness and order assignments.
• Facilitate rush/one-off requests for document creation/recording/cancellation/retrieval.
