Telligen is seeking a Client Service Specialist to respond to inbound inquiries, coordinate with providers and members, and support program administration for multiple contracts. This primarily remote role requires occasional in-person presence at our West Des Moines office, and adherence to M-F, 8:30am–5:00pm CST schedules, with strong communication and data-entry skills essential for success.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in customer service or healthcare.
Experience in mentoring or leadership roles.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Proficient PC skills and MS Office.
Strong attendance and reliability.

Responsibilities

Ensure high customer satisfaction by meeting SLAs and coordinating with team members.
Answer general inquiries, troubleshoot issues, schedule assessments, and perform administrative tasks.
Communicate professionally with internal and external customers via multiple channels.
Provide general office support and data entry into databases within required timeframes.
Prepare and distribute necessary correspondence following SOPs to meet contract requirements.
Listen to concerns, analyze information, recommend solutions, and confirm satisfaction.
Collaborate with leadership to provide feedback and support company goals.
