Job summary

Talentoma is seeking a Client Services Representative to handle calls, emails, and client messages, delivering clear, helpful guidance and updating CRM records. This is a fully remote position based in Indiana, United States, with a 40-hour weekly commitment and flexible shift times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, related experience preferred.
• Familiarity with client-facing support work, including answering questions and explaining service information, preferred.
• Ability to learn Zoho CRM and Oracle Service Cloud.
• Ability to learn a contact-center phone system such as Dialpad and follow call-handling procedures.
• Strong listening skills to identify request purpose and provide helpful next steps.
• Clear written and verbal communication for professional client/interteam interactions.
• Reliable home workspace with 40-hour weekly availability.

Responsibilities

• Review queue items at shift start and sort requests by urgency, topic, and needed response.
• Respond to client questions with clear guidance on services, updates, and next steps.
• Use a contact-center phone system to answer calls and route conversations.
• Create and update client data in Zoho CRM with accurate notes and outcomes.
• Open and monitor service tickets in Oracle Service Cloud with clear status and ownership.
• Explain processes in client-friendly language and verify information before responding.
• Send timely follow-up messages when more information is needed or confirmation is pending.
• Escalate complex issues to the customer service lead with full interaction notes.
• Coordinate with internal contacts to obtain accurate answers and close resolved requests.
• Meet quality expectations with accurate responses, timely turnaround, and respectful interactions.
