Job summary

Cielo is seeking a Client Services Manager (CSM) to lead the recruiting team, drive day-to-day deliverables, and partner with the Client Services Director. The role emphasizes trust, motivation, collaboration, development, and empowered decision making to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

The CSM will deepen client relationships, implement strategic hiring plans, manage recruitment metrics, and ensure operational excellence while aligning with Cielo’s values and the “We Become You” promise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum five years of leadership experience in talent acquisition or HR.
• Experience leading virtual and on-site teams in a corporate TA or RPO environment.
• Experience using ATS and social media tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruiting operations and ensure performance against goals across the team.
• Develop recruiting metrics and analytics to drive decision making.
• Foster client relationships and ensure successful implementation of new clients.
• Manage budgets, processes, and cross-functional initiatives within Cielo.
