Responsibilities

• Meet with clients through scheduled virtual appointments.
• Learn each client's needs, priorities, and budget.
• Review available insurance and benefit options.
• Explain coverage in clear and straightforward language.
• Help clients determine which options address their needs.
• Complete applications and required electronic documentation.
• Provide continued service and answer client questions.
• Develop professional, long-term client relationships.
• Participate in ongoing training and team development.
• Share ideas and contribute to a collaborative remote environment.
