Job summary

Spade Recruiting is hiring for a fully remote entry-level position. You will help individuals and families understand benefit programs, guide them through enrollment, and build professional relationships.

No prior insurance experience is required, with full training, mentorship, and licensing support. You’ll connect with clients via scheduled calls and Zoom, learn client needs, explain options, and assist with applications while maintaining accurate digital records.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, professional attitude.
• Comfortable speaking with clients by phone and video.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Reliable internet and computer access.
• Willingness to learn and complete licensing.
• Customer service, sales, hospitality, or retail experience is an asset but not required.

Responsibilities

• Connect with clients through scheduled phone and Zoom appointments
• Explain available benefit options based on client needs
• Answer questions clearly and professionally
• Assist clients with applications and enrollment
• Follow up with existing clients and provide ongoing support
• Maintain accurate digital client records
• Participate in virtual training, coaching, and team meetings
