Richmond Growth Advisors is seeking a reliable, organized contractor to support our daily operations. This part-time, mostly remote role involves managing the calendar, keeping client records current, preparing proposals and invoices, and coordinating content updates for social media and our website.

You’ll also handle follow-ups with prospects and clients in a warm, professional voice and occasionally transport training materials to client sites in the Richmond area.

• Manage the calendar: book consultations, secret shopper visits and on-site training sessions

• Prepare proposals, invoices and session materials from existing templates
• Schedule social media posts and update the website from content we provide
• Follow up with prospects and clients by email in a warm, professional voice
• Occasionally pick up or drop off training materials at client locations
