Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in customer service or retirement plans, strong written and verbal communication, and solid organizational skills.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of customer service or retirement plan experience.
• Strong written and verbal customer service skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and follow tasks through to completion.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary contact for sponsors and advisors for a group of recordkeeping only plans.
• Respond to phone calls, emails, and chats from plan sponsors and advisors in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to support operational compliance.
• Maintain documentation on client projects and responses within JULY’s software.
