Job summary

Bryn Mawr Trust, a WSFS Company, seeks a Client Service Associate to support the Retirement Plan Services team. You will handle client communications, meeting prep, and administrative tasks, while assisting with custodial forms and marketing coordination.

This role builds relationships with clients and financial advisors, delivering tailored service and information. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and eager to develop a career in retirement plan consulting and financial services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; finance or related business discipline preferred.
• 1–4 years of professional experience, preferably supporting retirement plan services.
• Ability to obtain the Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF(R)) designation when eligible.
• Clean Form U-4 with no disclosures if licensed.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level client service and administrative support to the Retirement Plan Services team.
• Prepare client communications, meeting materials, and onboarding documentation.
• Maintain data in Salesforce (CRM) and custodial/portfolio platforms; prepare presentations.
• Coordinate client meetings and deliver RFPs, plan reviews, and presentations.
