JULY is seeking a Client Service Specialist to support retirement plan clients by handling inquiries, coordinating with sponsors and advisors, and maintaining project documentation. This role emphasizes clear communication, effective problem solving, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure WOW service.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in customer service or retirement plans, strong written and verbal communication, and solid organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for sponsors and advisors for a group of recordkeeping only plans.
• Respond to phone calls, emails, and chats from plan sponsors and advisors in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to support operational compliance.
• Maintain documentation on client projects and responses within JULY’s software.
