Job summary

Vanguard Group is seeking a fully remote Client Service Excellence Center Associate based in Utah. You will help clients with account-related needs via inbound calls, guided by a client-first philosophy and a supportive team culture.

You’ll use strong communication, empathy, and ownership to resolve issues, while meeting licensing requirements and contributing to exceptional investor experiences. Bonuses and licensing incentives are available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer-facing and/or inbound phone experience.
• Ownership mindset and accountability in client interactions.
• Willingness to learn and grow in finance client service.
• High school diploma or higher required; degrees valued.
• FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses or eligibility required.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls to assist with account-related needs.
• Demonstrate empathy and ownership to resolve client issues promptly.
