Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management, proposal management, program management, or related position with transferable skills.
• Excellent written communication and presentation development skills.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive accountability without direct authority.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support development of Client Retention Program leveraging enterprise best practices.
• Develop and maintain program timelines, project plans, and annual retention calendars.
• Schedule and facilitate retention planning meetings, account strategy sessions, and program checkpoints.
• Track milestones, action items, and deliverables while holding internal stakeholders accountable.
• Continuously improve program documentation, templates, and processes to support consistent execution.
• Maintain data supporting PowerBI Dashboard (previous skills not required, but a plus).
• Lead planning, development, and production of renewal proposals and client-facing presentations.
• Partner with Operations, Sales, Finance, and subject matter experts to develop renewal strategies.
• Ensure renewal deliverables are completed on time and align with ESFM branding and quality standards.
• Own and maintain the centralized repository of retention content for strategic accounts.

Salary: $115,000 - $125,000

Pay Grade: 15

Client Retention Program Manager – Proposal Development Team

REMOTE

The Client Retention Program Manager is responsible for executing ESFM's Retention Program by coordinating strategic retention initiatives, managing renewal proposal development, and maintaining the content and tools that support client retention efforts.

Working within the Proposal Development team, this individual serves as the central coordinator for retention initiatives. The role also owns all renewal proposal development activities and maintains the strategic content library that supports retention efforts.

The ideal candidate is a strong project manager, relationship builder, and communicator who thrives in a highly collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Client Success Program Management

• Support the development of a Client Retention Program leveraging enterprise best practices
• Develop and maintain program timelines, project plans, and annual retention calendars.
• Schedule and facilitate retention planning meetings, account strategy sessions, and program checkpoints.
• Track milestones, action items, and deliverables while holding internal stakeholders accountable for completion.
• Continuously improve program documentation, templates, and processes to support consistent execution.

Renewal Proposal Management

• Lead the planning, development, and production of renewal proposals and client-facing presentations.

Strategic Content Management

• Own and maintain the centralized repository of retention content for strategic accounts, including but not limited to Client profiles, referenceable client list, case studies, success stories, stakeholder matrices, Win themes and value messaging.
