Job summary

The E.W. Scripps Company is seeking an Analyst, Client Retention for a remote role based in Ohio. You'll be the trusted advisor for clients, helping them achieve business goals while maximizing the impact of advertising investments across platforms.

You'll use data visualization to track KPI achievement, collaborate with sales and ad operations, and translate insights into actions that improve client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business analytics or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in related field preferred.
• Experience in digital media strongly preferred.
• Experience using business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio and Tableau preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to provide proof of insurance with required limits.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for an assigned portfolio of clients and manage their projects.
• Stay current regarding clients' needs and business evolution to maximize satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services across platforms.
• Assist in training sales team on attribution products and services.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers to deliver services and maintain client relationships.
• Track and measure progress on advertiser investments and inform sales staff of status.
• Collaborate with Sales staff on pre-sales to determine optimal product mix to meet KPIs.
• Collaborate with Ad Operations Campaign Manager on optimization strategies for campaign success.
• Use BI and data visualization tools to communicate KPI achievement to clients to increase retention.
