Job summary

The E.W. Scripps Company is seeking an Analyst, Client Retention for a remote role based in Ohio. You will be the trusted advisor for clients, helping them achieve business goals while maximizing advertising investments across platforms.

You’ll use analytics to monitor KPI achievement, collaborate with Sales to align product mix, and support the training of the sales team on attribution products. The role emphasizes strong communication, data visualization, and the ability to work independently

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business analytics or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related role preferred.
• Experience in digital media strongly preferred.
• Experience using BI and data visualization tools (GA, Data Studio, Tableau) preferred.
• Valid driver's license with required insurance during employment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for an assigned portfolio of clients and help manage their projects.
• Stay current regarding clients' needs and their business evolution to maximize satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of our products and services across all platforms.
• Assist in training the sales team on attribution products and services.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers to deliver services and maintain client relationships.
• Track and measure progress on advertiser investments and inform sales staff of status.
• Collaborate with Sales on pre-sales to determine optimal product mix to meet client KPIs and goals.
• Collaborate with Ad Operations on optimization strategies to maximize campaign success.
• Use BI and data visualization tools to communicate KPI achievement to clients to drive retention.
