RemoteFetch is seeking a highly organized and responsive Remote Client Response Representative to manage client communications, coordinate admissions, and drive referral conversions. In this full-time, work-from-home role, you will serve as the primary contact for inquiries, handle time-sensitive referral calls, prepare proposal submissions, and ensure seamless admissions and caregiver scheduling.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Client Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for all incoming and outgoing communications via phone, email, and SMS.
• Referral Management: Promptly answer live referral calls, conduct warm referral callbacks, respond to inquiries without delay.
• Admissions & Coordination: Process RFA responses, confirm start dates and care schedules, coordinate caregiver assignments.
• Proposal Development: Write, compile, and submit complete RFP packages and manage follow-through.
• Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with privacy protocols and HIPAA standards where applicable.
