RemoteFetch is hiring a Client Operations Coordinator to assist clients with travel research, reservations, and ongoing communication. This fully remote contractor role emphasizes organization, attention to detail, and independence while developing travel-industry experience.

The position offers training, access to booking resources, and ongoing guidance. Compensation is commission-based with a range of $45,000–$65,000 per year plus performance-based earnings.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with travel research, reservation requests, and booking coordination.
• Communicate with clients to confirm details, provide updates, and answer questions.
• Research accommodations, cruises, vacation packages and other travel options.
• Maintain accurate client and reservation information.
• Monitor booking details, changes, and deadlines.
• Work with travel suppliers and reservation platforms.
• Follow booking procedures and supplier requirements.
• Provide professional and responsive client support throughout planning.
• Continue developing knowledge of destinations and travel products.
