Job summary

Cardinal Health Sonexus Health Pharmacy Services offers full-time remote opportunities across the United States. This role supports program activities, client communications, and cross-functional coordination to ensure deliverables are met on schedule.

Training and IT project oversight are part of the responsibilities. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in client services and program management, and is comfortable traveling up to 25% as needed.

Qualifications

• Min 5 years related client services experience.
• Min 5 years’ experience in managing complex program activities with high accountability.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to travel - less than 25%.

Responsibilities

• Review weekly, monthly and quarterly program activities with the client.
• Attend program and client meetings and document key points and decisions.
• Monitor all program activities and IT projects associated with the program.
• Set due dates and assign responsibility.
• Follow up on action items to meet deadlines.
• Provide weekly reports of all program activities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely completion of tasks.
• Escalate delayed activities to program leadership.
• Manage contract amendments and project changes for the client.
