Mutual of America Financial Group in Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky (remote) seeks a Client Relationship Manager to engage and strengthen the region's existing client base, reporting to the Director, Senior Client Relationship Manager. You will manage day-to-day servicing of group retirement plan clients, maintain compliance calendars, and coordinate plan services with the home office to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Excellent business writing, presentation, and public speaking skills.
• Client relationship management experience.
• Ability to handle pressure, prioritize, and multitask.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Active FINRA Series 6, and SIE or must be obtained within the first year of employment.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key personnel.
• Manage the day-to-day operations and servicing of group retirement plan clients.
• Maintain compliance calendar for each client to ensure timely annual tasks.
• Facilitate client inquiries and service requests proactively.
• Meet with clients (board members, committees, and C-suite) to conduct plan reviews.
• Coordinate plan support services with home office to ensure timely delivery.
• Engage in client retention and growth objectives within assigned book of clients.
• Work with Plan Sponsor and Participant Account Specialist on education campaigns.
• Conduct group education and enrollment presentations; 1:1 sessions when needed.
