Job summary

Mutual of America Financial Group is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to engage and strengthen our regional client base. You will report to the Director, Senior Client Relationship Manager and lead efforts with plan sponsors and executives across Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky (remote).

You will manage day-to-day client servicing, drive retention, and coordinate education campaigns while collaborating with the regional team to deliver MOA services.

Qualifications

• Excellent business writing, presentation, and public speaking skills.
• Client relationship management experience.
• Ability to handle pressure, prioritize, and multitask during a business day.
• Active FINRA Series 6, and SIE or must be obtained within the first year of employment.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key personnel.
• Manage the day-to-day operations and servicing of group retirement plan clients.
• Maintain compliance calendar for each client and ensure timely annual tasks.
• Facilitate client inquiries and service requests proactively.
• Conduct plan review meetings with plan sponsors and executives.
• Coordinate plan support services with home office to ensure timely delivery.
• Engage in client retention and growth within assigned book of clients.
• Assist in designing participant education campaigns and enrollment presentations.
